Leaders and Leadership Co-Creating Change

Presented by the Aviation Leadership Foundation the Aviation Leadership Forum holds true to the belief there is a leader in every chair, which builds community, inspires possibility through which together, we co-create a positive change in aviation safety. The Forum brings insight and opportunity to participants through the cross-pollination of ideas and solutions, it provides an arena for the conversation of Leadership, and the possibility of generative safety cultures as a norm.

Founded in 2008 the Aviation Leadership Forum provides an opportunity for industry professionals to collaborate and discuss the critical nature of leadership development in organizational and industry safety standards. Topics and round-table discussions include corporate leadership, cultural change, safety and organizational performance standards. This impactful one-day event is held annually in Richmond, British Columbia and continues to expand to a widening range of delegate participants and corporate sponsors.

What sets this Forum apart from other conferences is focus; this forum was created to evoke discussion and change in an insightful environment as a replacement to a passive conference format. Sought-after guest speakers crystalize the important concepts of their presentations into an intense session of no more than 30 minutes. They will also provide delegates with tools they can use to implement change. The Forum then provides organized, facilitated round-table discussions where the delegates can use these tools to maximize the learning and absorption of key concepts that take the learning potential to the next level.
